Hedge: Equities, Options, and Alternatives, or simply Hedge, is UIUC’s premier student organization for those interested in finance and investing. At Hedge, we offer countless opportunities for members to develop in whichever way suits them best. Through extensive training, hands-on activities, and a vast supply of other resources, we instill the confidence needed to succeed and grow. By bridging the gap between theory and practice, our ultimate goal is to provide an environment in which members can improve their skills by building on the knowledge of others. We focus on providing a well-rounded, transformative experience to students of all backgrounds by addressing education dedicated to financial markets, as well as preparation for careers in the financial industry.
