Who We Look For
In our analyst program, we accept students from all grade levels and do not require any prior experience. However, because there is no technical component, be prepared to explain why you want to expand your knowledge of investing. All majors are welcome, and we have had many members in the past studying computer science, engineering, mathematics, and more. Also, unlike the application for the associate program, we do not ask for a resume. Therefore, expect to speak about your experiences in the interview. We want to ensure that you would be a valuable addition to the analyst class through your demonstration of passion and drive in other areas.
In our associate program, we accept students interested in careers in one or more of the following: wealth and asset management, sales and trading, private and public credit, equity research, and corporate banking. Therefore, our recruitment is limited to second semester freshmen through first semester juniors. However, if you are a senior or graduate student looking to recruit full-time, please contact us. We require a minimum 3.6 GPA and prefer to see involvement in other student organizations on campus. Be prepared to tell us why you are interested in the aforementioned career(s), why you would be a good fit for the program, and your opinion on recent market events.
